Pricelist hurting your sales?

Are your sales managers flooded with discount requests from your sales people? Are you finding it difficult to hold price? Does your team use price as their strongest sales and closing argument? Do they believe that reducing your price is the best way to win business? These ideas are wrong!  With the right pricing strategy, sales will increase, discount requests can be effectively deflected and lowering your price will no longer be necessary to win the business.
